Advice & support
Financial advisory, strategic consulting, investment analysis, transaction support and client representation.
Comprehensive solutions tailored to your financial ambitions.
Our advisory and consulting work is defined by the nature and scope of each client mandate.
We provide financial advice, strategic investment analysis and transaction-related support tailored to the specific objectives and circumstances of each client.
Our work helps clients compare investment options, understand risks and consider diversification. Recommendations are advisory; clients retain responsibility for investment decisions.
The scope, deliverables and limits of our involvement are defined in the individual mandate. We do not offer discretionary portfolio management.
We help clients assess financial priorities, compare strategic options and prepare for significant business or investment decisions.
Our consulting work may include scenario analysis, review of financial information and preparation for discussions with counterparties or professional advisers.
Each engagement sets out the question to be addressed, the available information and the agreed advisory deliverables. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
We help clients organise financial information and evaluate how current decisions relate to future needs, including retirement, education and family objectives.
Planning considers time horizons, liquidity requirements and risks. Legal, tax and estate matters require advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Where agreed, we assist with coordination between the client and their advisers. The client remains responsible for approving decisions and appointing the relevant specialists.
We assist clients with transaction preparation, review of available information and coordination of discussions with banks, advisers and counterparties.
Our role is advisory and coordinative within the agreed mandate. Decisions and approvals remain with the client; the mandate identifies the institution or counterparty responsible for execution.
This service does not describe a Meye trading desk or a general authority to trade or manage client portfolios. Specific representation authority must be documented and assessed for the activity concerned.
We analyse financial information, market developments and investment-related questions to help clients assess potential opportunities and risks.
Research distinguishes available facts, assumptions and analytical views. Information may be incomplete and market conditions can change.
Research is decision support. It is not a guarantee of returns, an offer of securities or discretionary management of client assets.
We assist with organising and reviewing information relevant to a proposed investment or transaction, within the scope agreed with the client.
Our work highlights assumptions, gaps and financial questions that may need additional investigation by the client or specialist advisers.
Due diligence support does not constitute an audit, valuation certification or legal opinion. Specialist verification remains the responsibility of the appointed professionals.
We help clients assess financing needs, compare capital structures and prepare information for discussions with potential funding counterparties.
Our role is consulting and transaction support. We do not promise access to capital, approval of a credit facility or an investment commitment.
Any lending, investment, introduction or intermediation arrangement must be separately defined and assessed under the applicable requirements before it proceeds.

Where appropriate, a client may appoint Meye Asset Management to participate in specified discussions, communications or negotiations on the client’s behalf.
The written mandate defines the purpose, counterparties, duration and limits of that authority. Representation is confined to that scope.
A limited representation mandate is not presented as general discretionary portfolio management. The actual activity and authority determine which regulatory requirements apply.
Where agreed, we review information supplied by the client and discuss developments that may affect their financial objectives or investment assumptions.
Reviews can support recommendations for the client to consider. Their frequency, information sources and deliverables are set out in the mandate.
Monitoring does not mean automatic rebalancing or unilateral investment decisions. The client decides whether to act and instructs the relevant execution provider.
We support families and institutional clients with financial analysis, strategic discussions and coordination of agreed advisory work.
Engagements may address financial priorities, governance questions and communication with existing professional advisers, depending on the client’s needs.
This describes advisory support rather than a claim to operate a multi-family office managing client assets. Responsibilities and service boundaries are defined in each mandate.
Understand our activities, the limits of each engagement and the regulatory context in which we operate.
Financial advisory, strategic consulting, investment analysis, transaction support and client representation.
Each engagement sets out its purpose and responsibilities. Limited representation does not, by itself, constitute discretionary portfolio management.
We do not present ourselves as a FINMA-licensed portfolio or fund manager. The applicable status depends on the activity and mandate.
Meye Asset Management is a Swiss business operating under a commercial name that reflects its positioning within the financial and asset-management advisory sector.
The designation “Asset Management” is used as a commercial and market-facing name and should not, by itself, be interpreted as indicating that Meye Asset Management operates as a discretionary portfolio manager, fund manager or other FINMA-licensed financial institution.
Meye Asset Management’s activities primarily focus on financial advisory, strategic consulting, transaction support, investment-related analysis, client assistance and representation, depending on the nature and scope of each individual mandate.
The business does not present itself as a FINMA-licensed portfolio manager or fund manager. The regulatory status applicable to any particular activity depends on the nature, scope and structure of the mandate concerned and on the applicable Swiss regulatory framework.
From time to time, Meye Asset Management may receive specific, limited and mandate-based authority from a client to participate in discussions, communications or negotiations on the client’s behalf. Such mandates are defined by their specific purpose and scope and do not, by themselves, constitute a general discretionary portfolio-management mandate. Any authority must be assessed according to its actual scope and the activity carried out.
Accordingly, references to “Meye Asset Management” should be understood in the context of the business’s advisory, consulting, transaction-support and representation activities, rather than as a representation that the business is a FINMA-licensed portfolio manager.
FINMA authorisation requirements depend on the specific regulated activity being carried out. Portfolio managers carrying out their activities on a commercial basis require a FINMA licence. Other financial activities may be subject to different requirements according to their nature and structure. Describing an activity as advisory or a mandate as limited does not, by itself, determine its regulatory classification.
This statement clarifies the nature of Meye Asset Management’s activities and is not a legal determination of the regulatory classification of any individual mandate.
